- She hardly worked. (takmer vôbec nepracovala — opačný zmysel!)
Pozícia vo vete
Príslovky spôsobu stoja väčšinou:
- Za slovesom: She danced gracefully.
- Za predmetom: He spoke the words clearly.
- Pred slovesom (na zdôraznenie): She carefully placed the glass.
Nestav ich medzi sloveso a predmet:
❌ She danced gracefully the tango.
✅ She danced the tango gracefully.
